What is TEDxApex?

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxApex, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxApex, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion around thought provoking topics. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.

TEDxApex will follow the applicable TEDx Rules and TEDx Content Guidelines. Talk format and duration should be optimized for digital viewers. TED recommends TEDx Talks aim for a 6-12 minute duration. All talks must be less than 18 minutes.
